  • is not the seller of record for goods sold by third-party sellers

4. Delivery Terms

Delivery, shipping methods, shipping fees, delivery times, and responsibility for lost or damaged parcels are defined by the seller.

5. Returns and Refunds Policy

  • If a seller does not offer returns (or states "final sale"), the purchase is treated as non-returnable.

5.2 Defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described

If you received an item that is defective, damaged, incorrect, or not as described:

  • contact the seller as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours after delivery
  • include your order details and photos (if relevant)

If you cannot reach the seller, you can contact Batumarket at [email protected] and we will try to help you contact the seller. We do not guarantee outcomes, because the seller is responsible for the transaction and fulfillment.

5.3 Refunds

  • Batumarket does not issue refunds for goods sold by third-party sellers.
  • Refunds (if any) are issued by the seller according to the seller's policy and payment method used.

5.4 Platform payment errors (if applicable)

If a technical error caused a duplicate payment or an incorrect platform charge related to Batumarket services, contact us within three (3) business days at [email protected]. We will review the case and correct obvious transaction errors when confirmed.
